Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: A.45 pure electric buses with a height of 9 meters; among them, Shanghai Pudong New Area Yanggao Public Transport Co.,. has 15, and Shanghai Pudong New Area Jinggao Public Transport Co., Ltd. has 30. B.45 sets of power and service package (the battery supplier provides a systematic supporting service of 8-year full life cycle warranty maintenance and spare parts replacement according to national and local technical standards). ( Section III - Purchase Requirements for details).

合同履约期限：交付时间：合同签订后的 60天内完成全部车辆上牌并验收合格交付（最晚不迟于2025年6月30日交付）

The Contract Period: Delivery time: Complete vehicle registration and acceptance within 60 days after signing the contract and deliver (no later than June 30, 2025).
