The delivery location is Davao City, Philippine.
二、投标须知
Instructions to Bidders
投标单位必须是在菲律宾注册的合法企业，具有汽车吊销售商业许可并可开具正规发票。
The bidding company must be a legal enterprise registered in the Philippines, with a commercial license for the sale of Mobile Crane and could issue a formal invoice.
投标单位须在2024年9月3日上午10：00（**时间）前将报价文件发送至招标人邮箱****点击查看@hotmail.com，逾期投标无效。
The bidding company shall send the quotation documents to the tenderer's email address before 10:00 am on September 3, 2024 (Beijing time): ****点击查看@hotmail.com Late bidding is invalid.
三、技术要求
Technical Request
1. 发动机排放满足菲律宾标准，发动机功率不小于270马力，发动机最大输出扭矩不小于1000N﹒m。
The engine emission meets the Philippine standards and the engine power is not less than 270 HP,the maximum output torque of the engine is not less than 1000N﹒m.
2. 最大额定总起重量25T，配备全自动力矩限制器、显示及报警装置。
The maximum rated total lifting capacity is 25T, equipped with automatic torque limiter, display and alarm device.
3. 供应商负责办理上牌手续。
The supplier is responsible for handling the relevant (licensing) procedures.
四、付款方式
Payment terms
预付款30%，签订合同后15日内；
Advance payment of 30%，within 15 days after sign the contract；
交货款70%，交货验收后15日内。
Receiving payment of 70%，within 15 days after the delivery acceptance of equipment;
