Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: A. 55 pure electric buses with a height of 8 meters; among them, 25 are owned by Shanghai Pudong New Area Jin Gao Public Transport Co., Ltd. and 30 are owned by Shanghai Pudong New Area Nanhui Public Transport Co., Ltd. B. 55 sets of power battery packs and service packages (the battery supplier provides an 8-year full life cycle warranty for maintenance and replacement of parts according to national and local technical standards). (For specific details, please refer to Section III - Procurement Requirements)

合同履约期限：合同签订后的 60天内完成全部车辆上牌并验收合格交付（最晚不迟于2025年10月交付）

The Contract Period: Complete all vehicle registrations within 60 days after the contract is signed, and deliver them upon successful acceptance (no later than October 2025).

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
